Baby It's Not Too Late, also known as Change Your Mind, is an unknown song from pornographic films, "Doctors Orders" (1980) & "Lips" (1981), and was originally posted by invictus on WatZatSong.
The song was posted by invictus on 27 September 2020 via WatZatSong with a 2 minute long clip. It took them until 20 August 2021 to admit that the song was from porn. He said he didn't remember what film it was, only that it was 70s or 80s, was in a bathtub scene & he found it on xvideos.
One month later, the song was found in the 1981 porn film "Lips" but it was a different clip than what invictus posted. It was one and a half minutes longer and had sex sounds from the threesome scene playing over the entire duration of the track. This was not re-uploaded to or listened to much, but it did help the search. The sound credits for the film include Ben Dover as Sound Recordist, Phil Ralph as Boom Operator, Bill Tyrebiter as Sound Editor & "The V.U. Meter" as Sound Services. Most of these credits are pseudonyms with unknown real identities. It was quickly found out the threesome scene was originally packaged as a short film in 1980 titled "Doctors Orders" & that both of the production companies behind these films are Swedish Erotica & Caballero Home Video.
The film that invictus got their audio from is still unknown.

I know there's something on your mind
So tell me, baby
The grass is looking greener on the other side
And you're thinking about moving on
But before you get too far away
From the one who loves you
Think about all of the good times
I remember the day that I found you
If you go, you leave
A lot of love behind
Baby, it's not too late
For you to change your mind
Love is a four letter word
Isn't it, baby
I'm in the middle of a love
That's making me crazy
First you tell me how much you love me
Then you wanna say goodbye
But I've got to hold on to a love this strong
Cause I don't wanna see it die
