My Pretty Doll is an unidentified indie rock song, originally uploaded to WatZatSong by account12399 on 19 March 2021.
On 19 March 2021, the song was posted to WatZatSong by user Account12399. They provided a 54 second snippet and claimed that their friend had recorded the song from a radio station onto cassette tape in the 2000s.
On 25 June 2021, the OP later provided a longer version of the song, adding an extra 2 minutes to the songs total runtime. They also provided more information, stating that their friend had recorded the song from a college radio station.
On 20 July 2023, WatZatSong user mpdsteven commented on the OPs post, claiming that he was the “friend” mentioned in the OP's post, but did not know who the OP was. He claimed that the recording was his, and provided proof by supplying a higher quality recording. Mpdsteven said it was most likely recorded in 2009, as the other songs in his cassette tape were from 2009. He also said that he recorded songs from Radio stations in Sheffield, UK.
On 09 March 2024, mpdsteven joined the Fond My Mind Discord Server. He provided a few additional details, but eventually became inactive.
As time went on, it became clear that account12399 and mpdsteven were most likely the same person and that the "tape" most likely never existed. It is now widely accepted that this song is a hoax, and the "OP" actually knows the artist behind the song.

...Oh, no
Another day has come
Still I don't feel ready
To lock
My dreams in a box
Cradle me once more
And let me feel you care
Say I'm not alone
And let me feel you
I'm aware what I should do
To make everybody smile
And say "Man, I'm proud of you"
Huh, yeah
But you know me well
And you don't want me to be
Someone else
Oh, my pretty doll
Cradle me once more
And let me feel you care
Say I'm not alone
And let me feel you
OUTRO
Cradle me once more my pretty doll
Let me feel you care my pretty doll
Say I'm not alone
Say the worst days I could live have gone
And the best are yet to come
